Ahh yes, that fundamental aspect of Aussie culture, 'the barbie'.

Just because you're vegetarian or vegan doesn't mean you have to be limited at barbeques to the lettuce leaves and sliced tomato in the tossed salad. Veggos and vegans can have a huge variety of delicious food, with much of it being similar to that at a traditional barbeque, with the added benefit of it being lower in saturated fat and cholesterol.
