Banana and Oat Smoothie
(serves 1)
Ingredients
1 large or 2 small bananas
7fl oz ice cold milk
1 tablespoon rolled porridge oats
2 ice cubes
Method
Place all ingredients into the blender, mix for approximately 30 seconds.

Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

2 large ripe bananas, peeled, sliced, frozen
2 cups milk
1/4 cups creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon imitation banana extract

Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately.
